Locatia este una de vis. Nu știi dacă ești în Hawaii sau în Madeira. Gradina este foarte îngrijită, încât nu ai mai pleca de acolo. Am avut emoții cu cazarea și nu știam dacă sa rezerv sau nu după ce am citit comentariile, dar ma bucur ca nu m am lăsat influențată de cele negative. Da, casa necesita renovare, dar totuși vorbim de o casa de 300 de ani. Camera în care am stat a fost una mare, spațioasă, frumos amenajata. Aveam ieșire în gradina din camera, view ul era unul wow. Micul dejun foarte gustos, gazdele super prietenoase, iar primirea a fost una foarte drăguță, cu acel dulce și aceea bautura locala în camera. Recomand cu drag aceasta cazare!

The girl who welcomed us for the check-in was very lovely. The location is amazing, sorrounded by a breathtaking landscape. The room was big and clean. We’ll definitely recommend to stay here

I really appreciated having kitchen facilities to cook my own meals. The whole place has great facilities and information about the island. Plants everywhere! Wondrous view from the balcony with birdsong and church bells. Very clean and hospitable.

The Holidays Madeira is in the old building and it is the part of tiny old town. You can easily observe local live and enjoy the nature around you. I love São Vicente and levadas there. I recommend this part of the island more than the South. Frederic is so nice, he is really helpful and he is eager to tell you a lot about Madeira. And he takes cleaning seriously :) You can eat on the terrace, you have microwave & fridge. It is simple but I love it. There are only two rooms so it is intimately. It is radiator which is a big plus when you are there during the autumn/winter.

The location is good, specially if you own a car, if you don't it is more complicated. You can use this place as a good base to explore the north part. Rooms are tidy and well cleaned every day. You just can't find a better host than Paulo, he can give 1000 ideas on nearby trails, inform you about the transport, even prepare the breakfast when you have early hikes in the morning. Thank you for everything Paulo and hope to see you again!
