I recently stayed at this accommodation and had an absolutely fantastic experience. The room was impeccably clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I slept soundly every night. What really stood out to me was the exceptional customer service provided by the staff. They were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They were always available to answer any questions I had. Overall, I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting the area. The value for money was excellent, and I felt that every aspect of my stay exceeded my expectations. You have everything you need there, located in heart of kop, parking 10m behind, shops and restaurants 5m from building entrance, ski slope 100m walking distance. Apartment is well designed for its square. Apartment was clean and ready for use once we arrived, easy to check in. Aldo building it self has night club on ground level, no noise was penetrated to our apartment(so chose apartments facing outside of complex :). Overall apartment is worth money spent.

Good breakfast and friendly staff. We arrived late, but they improvised a nice dinner. The rooms are of no luxury, but extremely good value for the price and most importantly, clean. The rooms were not airconditioned, but it was no problem due to the altitude and the quiet location - windows could be open.

I wish I could give Vila Mramor a it’s staff 1000/1000! We had an absolutely unforgettable time. We have been on the road for more than 100 days (100 nights in guesthouses, homestays, hotels, yurts, apartments, etc.) and to be completely honest, out of everywhere this is the most hospitable and welcoming place which made us feel so comfortable. Maritza, Saša and Bratsov gave us the VIP treatment. We were welcomed like family, and by the end of our 4 night stay we left with new friends, happy memories and a sadness that we had to go. The rooms are spacious, very well equipped and comfortable. The bed and pillows were the best we’ve have so far. The breakfasts were also delicious and plentiful. There is plenty of room for safe motorbike parking and the proximity to Kopaonik Park is ideal. There is laundry available which is also a super plus! I will recommend this hotel/apartment to everyone I meet headed in their direction. Thank you so much for the bottom of our hearts. Jasmine and David

The room was comfortable, warm and clean. The host was friendly and hospitable. The breakfast was continental, but plentiful and good. The location is good for getting to the gondola on foot, and there is a nice restaurant very close nearby.
