Property is pristine, clean rooms, and the hospitality from arrival through checkout was amazing. Kristy took care of our dinner reservations, great advice on things to do, and the breakfast each morning was delicious. The harbor house is literally a 2 minute walk to center of boothbay harbor (shops, restaurants, bars, etc).

Breakfast was ok....would have been nice to have toast available.. . And the orange juice was not that cold...just sitting in a glass carafe. But our room was very good....very clean and well cared for. Bed was comfortable. Microwave and fridge in room although fridge didn't have freezer for our ice packs but staff allowed us to put them in a freezer near the lobby. The light breakfast provided was wonderful and were were impressed with the fresh fruit salad, daily, which might be an odd thing to say, but every little detail was appreciated and did not go unnoticed. The continental breakfast was very good and plentiful, and the staff member preparing the breakfast was friendly and helpful. I liked the heated pool and hot tub outside the Flagship Inn.
