The inn is a historical building with only a few rooms. The hosts are sweet people and did so much to make our stay feel special. The breakfasts were delicious! And the bedding was the softest Turkish cotton. We also enjoyed the fresh chocolate chip cookies in our room, the coffee and tea stations throughout the property, and the honor bars where you can pour yourself a glass or two of wine and enjoy the fireplace.

Carl and Eileen were the perfect host/hostess. The B&B is lovely, the gardens a dream to sit in and the breakfast not only delicious but so pretty. Kudos to Carl And a big shout out to Carl for getting my bag up the curved staircase to our suite. Staying there was the true highlight of Kennebunkport. Thank you

Fantastic B&B experience. The hosts welcomed us in like family. We loved mixing and chatting with the hosts and other guests. Great location, comfortable rooms, and great beds. We would recommend Billy's place to everyone! We just need to try to get back some time!

Good location, between the beach and the town, we enjoy walking so the 20min walk into the town centre was great. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean.

The view out in the back of the room was so tranquil(boats, and water view) and the Adirondack chairs on the grass is really nice. Love the virtual front desk.

Beautiful hotel and well appointed rooms. Staff very friendly and helpful. Some amazing views from the restaurant on site. The hotel is split across 2 buildings, but you are given a very comprehensive welcome pack to explain everything about the hotel and location.

It was quiet, clean, rooms were comfortable & clean, and lobby area was comfortable and inviting to sit and read & relax. The staff was friendly & helpful with local information. Loved being across from the water!
