We would not hesitate to recommend this place and would happily stay here again. It's clean, beds are comfortable, room is spacious, and in a great location (not too far to walk to the main square). The owner was exceptionally kind and helpful. The breakfast and breakfast room was also exceptional.

She waited for us to arrive way past the check in time, she was super pleasant and helpful in suggestions for experiencing Ghent like a local. The room was exactly as advertised and even nicer in person. Very spacious and clean. Probably one of the largest bathrooms I saw at an accommodation so far. Finally, I have to say that breakfast is truly exceptional.

We could not fault anything about this property. Everything was very clean. Spacious modern bathroom, fully equipped kitchen. Great terrace at the back. Very comfortable bed. We had the standard breakfast on 2 nights, which was of good quality and beautifully presented.

It's like walking into a true feast, a long big table in the large but cozy dining room, decorated with candles and seasonal decoration. Eggs are perfectly made to your liking in the big open kitchen and set next to your plate while still in the pan, so you can scoop it out whenever you're ready to eat it. The breakfast was a true display in hospitality and a reflection of the overall experience of our stay. The loft where we stayed was nice and spacious and displayed a high quality of materials used. When asked if we could stay beyond the check-out time in order for us to get some work done, it was accommodated immediately and we where invited to come and fetch coffee from the kitchen whenever we so wanted. I could not recommend staying at Domein Den Buiten more highly. I am confident that you will be welcomed warmly by these amazing hosts.

Free private parking is available and the bed and breakfast also provides bike hire for guests who want to explore the surrounding area. This property was amazing and we had the most amazing stay. Willy the home owner was a lovely person and prepared an outstanding breakfast sourced from local farms. He allowed the children to use the garden and look for his cats. We had an amazing stay here.
