She is understanding, patient and extremely flexible and helpful. She was available at all times and was keen to help whenever she could! The apartment was really nice, as described, has a microwave and fridge and water boiler. It was extremely clean and the heating worked perfectly for the cold days. Breakfast is served every morning which is sufficient to get you going! Free coffee pads and tea are available and the fridge is full of items you could purchase in case of emergency!

Set just 13 km from Circuit Spa-Francorchamps, La Villa du Pré Du Cerf offers accommodation in Spa with access to a casino, a garden, as well as a shared kitchen. Very friendly landlady, who put a lot of work in preparing a perfect breakfast. Exceptional!

Villa Sparadis in Spa provides adults-only accommodation with a seasonal outdoor swimming pool and a garden. This property offers access to a terrace and free private parking. I have been going to the Spa Francorchamps for many years and stayed in various hotels etc. This is , by far, THE BEST PLACE I ever stayed in Spa. You feel at home, this says it all. The owners will do anything to make your stay as confortable and nice as it possible can. I recommend the Villa Sparadis to anybody. I am going back in September for the DTM race...... Sylvie and Husband were more than accommodating.. excellent peaceful accomodation with fantastic views.. breakfast was excellent, and had me make a roll to take with me.. much appreciated. I would certainly want to stay here again when in 'Ost Belgian'.

16 km from Plopsa Coo in Malmedy, Les étangs du Thioux GUEST HOUSE features accommodation with access to spa facilities. The environment was amazing! It was great being able to just hop in the jacuzzi with an amazing view. The room, kitchen and shared space was all very clean.

Set in Spa, Ferme de la Petite Fagne offers free WiFi, and guests can enjoy a garden and a shared lounge. The units provide views of the garden and come with a private bathroom with free toiletries. Beautiful location and lovely people. Breakfast was exceptional and we were even encouraged to make a lunch for the day which was fabulous. There was so much food.
