The host was very nice and always helpful, the house is beautifully outfitted and always clean. The garden which was well kept and had lovely lawn chairs completed the nice atmosphere. From the balcony you could see the lake and the breakfast was simple but of high quality.

Convenient to everything in the area. The owners of the establishment were very helpful with both checkin and checkout as well as responsive! The bed was incredibly comfortable!

Ca' San Matteo, a property with a garden, is situated in Tesserete, 9.1 km from Lugano Station, 9.3 km from Exhibition Center Lugano, as well as 17 km from Swiss Miniatur. We adored our 3 night stay at this charming, new, and modern B+B located an easy 15 minute drive from Lugano. It's set up in the hills, in a very charming town with several excellent restaurants and all the conveniences within walking distance. Parking is very easy. The owners and staff are extremely nice, and the breakfasts are wonderful.

The best place to stay in Ascona. Location is very central and yet quiet and cosy. Common bathroom, room and all facilities are impeccably clean. Breakfast was great and had many choices. The host Ulisse is very nice and does a wonderful job to make you feel welcome. Ideal for couples for a romantic weekend getaway in Ticino 😊
