Set in Les Diablerets, within 37 km of Musée National Suisse de l'audiovisuel, Chambre d'hôtes L'ours Bleu is an accommodation offering quiet street views. The hosts were extremely welcoming, I've never experienced anything like it. It felt like you were staying in your own chalet with friends and family and they offered freshly cooked meals and breakfast. If you are a couple planning a few quiet days in the Swiss mountains, this is definitely the place to go, no doubt about it!

Set within 17 km of Train station Montreux and 41 km of Evian Masters Golf Club in Aigle, B&B L'Eden offers accommodation with seating area. Location and affable hosts. Relaxed town within easy reach of major venues. Train station is a short walk. We just spent eight days in Aigle at this wonderful BnB. At first we thought Aigle might be an odd, out of the way place to stay but it was great. It is conveniently located for getting back-and-forth through the wine country, up to Lausanne, and even out to Zermatt. We had a car, so the secure, gated parking was appreciated. The host were charming and attentive. The facilities were spotless and the beds comfortable. One of the best BnB’s we stayed at. And of course, there was Chester the black lab who greeted us gently whenever we returned …

Offering a garden and garden view, Lucky Duck is located in Cudrefin, 39 km from International Watch and Clock Museum and 39 km from Bern railway station. Thank you Hellen for a lovely time. We hope to be the lucky ducks again, soon.

Offering garden views, B&B Domaine En Trembley is an accommodation situated in Commugny, 18 km from PalExpo and 18 km from United Nations Geneva. We are glad we chose here to end our two week tour through Switzerland (flying out of Geneva). Great peaceful location on a farm (20 minute drive to Geneva, 15 minutes to the Airport). Spotless interior. Raphael and Alix are both very nice hosts. Breakfast was good. Rapheal went out of his way to find my wife a cow bell from the farm. That was a very thoughtful and kind gesture! Breakfast was a nice assortment of homemade jams and breads along with cheeses and fruits and juices from the farm. The small communities (5 minute drive) down the hill to the lakefront were all nice and we enjoyed exploring there after seeing Geneva. Rapheal's dinner recommendation was good (because of French chefs of course :-) Go... Have FUN!

Boasting a shared lounge and views of city, Maison Junod is a guest house set in a historic building in Romainmôtier, 33 km from Palais de Beaulieu. The breakfast was a deluxe picnic basket filled with exactly what one required for a lovely, private start to the day. The two rooms were beautifully decorated, and the maid service provided a spotless refuge for us.

Le charme du prieuré is situated in Etoy, 21 km from Lausanne Railway Station, 22 km from Palais de Beaulieu, as well as 44 km from PalExpo. Everything was perfect as it was during my previous stay.

Offering a spa centre and hot tub, the Château de Mathod is located in Mathod in the Vaud Region, 28 km from Lausanne. Free private parking is available on site. It was all perfect. The host was the most charming, helpful and kind person. Always available to help. Before showing us to our room he gave us a small tour of the space even though it was already late. Cell reception inside the room was not optimal but to me it worked wonders, less work related calls, that's why I'm not putting it in the negative. The room was perfect, super comfy and cosy. I recommend at 100% that everyone try their spa, it was the best kept spa I visited.

Featuring free WiFi throughout the property, Au Bonheur des Iris offers accommodation close to the centre of Rolle and the lake, 31 km from Geneva. Free private parking is available on site. Extremely quiet and walking distance to the lake and restaurants

The bed and breakfast The Traditional features offers free WiFi. All rooms feature a TV with cable channels and a private bathroom. Everything was just great 👍🏻
