Fantastic boutique hotel tucked away in a quiet alley in the beautiful hood of wenshu monastery. Great great sense of customer service from the Xishu garden inn team - exceptional. And a courtyard full of charm where you’d want to spend hours sipping on a cup of coffee:) Would go back to chengdu just to stay there again!!

1) The staff here were amazing. Very friendly and helpful. 2) This is a great boutique experience. There aren't a ton of rooms so it all feels more personalised. Very modern setup with outlets for various cables. 3) Decor is charmingly done with lots of personality. We actually noted how cute the exterior looked even before we realised it was our hotel. 4) It's on a touristy street with lots of flashy restaurants and shops if that's your thing, but it's also just a short walk from loads of more local spots.

Great location and close to the city centre and the metro (about 5 minute walk). Air con was nice and the bed comfortable. Also thank you for the staff for being helpful with bits and pieces of information

Great hostel , lobby/cafe with lots of dining and seating area! bed was solid with good AC , Blanket etc, Wifi signal is great! Hot shower and hair dryer in female dorm! location is city centre and 2 mins walk to malls,popular cafe street with beer and food outlets and metro! Highly recommend!

Great location near the city center

The price and the proximity to the tourist bus station made this place so great a stay. The vibe there was nice. The lobby is big, with lots of books, a guitar and an ukulele. It's nice that the neighborhood it's located in has lots of restaurants around, fresh fruit stalls, nearby a University with coffee shops, and convenience stores for whatever you need. The room we had was clean, with its own shower, and quiet. We were able to get some good rest before our long bus ride to Kangding!

Lovely Chinese style hotel, located on a beautiful traditional street, which seemed unique in Chengdu. Staff all very friendly and always willing to assist, with particular thanks to Frank the manager. Good food at the restaurant located in the delightful courtyard. Comfortable rooms. Great location in the heart of the city centre, easy walking distance to various prime tourist attractions such as the Chinese Opera House and Narrow and Wide Alleys. Would definitely recommend.

location is perfect, it’s just right next to ifs and taikooli, free parking, the only disadvantage is you need to ask staff to use discount coupon every time before driving out. room is very spacious, bright, comfortable and quiet, bathroom is luxury, toilet is not bidet which is a bit unusual. staff are very friendly, helpful and professional. a lot options for breakfast, even during COVID, not many guests there.

The property is fine - hotel-hostel (top end) ambience, but all private rooms, clean, spacious and quiet, very secure The staff make this - all of them are very polite and professional, even if speaking english was a challenge I will stay here again!
