He collected us from the airport and had to wait a really long time but did so with a smile, he went out at midnight to find food for my family and I, he made check in as easy as possible as we were still in Thailand holiday clothes rather than for sun zero temperatures. They made sure we go to the airport on time, very early I might add, and packed a breakfast for us.

Designed with local architectural features, Lijiang Gui Yuan Tian Ju Guesthouse boasts an ideal location and classy guestrooms. Free WiFi access is available throughout the entire hotel. Excellent position, right in the center of Ancient Town, plus it's in a side alley, so no noise at night from the street. Room was very large and comfortable, big plus for the bath tub in the middle, very pleasant. Staff attentive and helpful, with English spoken and good suggestions for restaurants. The place is overall beautiful and relaxing, with quiet and peaceful common areas. Washing machine available for guests.

We chose Xilu Xiao Xie Inn based on excellent reviews and its convenient location in the old town. The free ride from the train station was a thoughtful touch, and the warm welcome set a positive tone. The service, led by Joye, Cassie, Jade, and Chi Yuen, exceeded our expectations, tailoring our experience to our preferences. Despite booking a family room, we were pleasantly surprised to receive a deluxe room at no extra cost. The autonomous guesthouse with voice-controlled rooms added a unique and enjoyable aspect to our stay. The amenities were comprehensive, and the shower's water pressure was satisfying. The bed struck the right balance between comfort and firmness. Overall, Xilu Xiao Xie Inn provided a memorable and delightful stay, showcasing impeccable service and attention to detail. Highly recommended!

Nandu Bed&Breakfast Lijiang Ancient Town ligger i Lijiang, 400 m fra Water Wheels. Der er have, lydisolerede værelser og gratis wi-fi. Dian dian and the owner was really helpful to us in arranging transport! It was also the only inn during my whole vacation in Yunnan that has bidet and seat warmer for the toilet. Room was also very clean, breakfast was delicious. Location is inside the ancient town.

The hosts at this guest house went above and beyond, both collecting and dropping us off at the airport, recommending amazing restaurants, and helping us with everything we needed. The breakfasts here are great, good little spot!

The inn is amazingly decorated, clean, and the staff and owners (Mr. Huang & Mrs. Fan) are super friendly and helpful. We had many meaningful conversations about the history of this place as well as the jade trade over tea time (Mrs. Fan loves tea - great opportunity to learn and taste). The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and each is decorated in a style, but in general very traditional and zen! There's a public tea room, studyroom/library, and a balcony. The location is very close to the entrance of the old town, and you can walk 2 minutes straight to the bustling main street, where you can find great restaurants and charming little coffeeshops and trinket stores. We had such a great time that we decided to extend our stay. 12/10 recommended and definitely will make this our stay again this winter.

The view from our bedroom was fantastic and the whole Erhai was insight. The hosts were friendly and helpful. They made our sons fried eggs when they were hungry. We were picked up and dropped off at the railway station. I would recommend this place to stay in Dali, as the host also gave advice on how to avoid busy tourist places. We had a great time here!
