Mariegaardens Gæstehuse er staðsett í Hillerød og býður upp á gistirými með einkasundlaug, verönd og sundlaugarútsýni. Gistirýmið er með loftkælingu og er 9 km frá miðbæ Hillerød. This place is exceptional!! Quiet, off the beaten path but so welcoming and charming. Annette greeted us when we arrived and provided a wonderful breakfast. We made a last minute reservation and she was still most accommodating. I had the best night’s sleep during our 17 day trip at Mariegaardens!

Trouville Bed & Breakfast er staðsett í Hornbæk, 43 km frá Dyrehavsbakken, 47 km frá Grundtvig-kirkjunni og 48 km frá Parken-leikvanginum. The B&B is about 10min walk from the station and easy to find. Also easy to get to and from Copenhagen by train. Our room was decorated in a very cozy, pleasant style and generously sized, with view and access to the idyllic back garden, which is shared with the other B&B rooms. King size bed with a medium-soft mattress and pillows. No TV, now that I think about it, but we didn't come to watch TV... WiFi was great though, what more do you need? The breakfast came with homemade buns, jams, and lots of fresh delicacies - what a wonderful start to our days! And thanks to the fridge, leftovers made a nice afternoon snack. Tea and coffee plus dining tables in the shared kitchen. The hosts were lovely, very pleasant to chat with, and happy to give advice for pastimes around the area. We will definitely be back during our next trip to Denmark (in a warmer season though, and for a longer stay).

Þetta nýlega enduruppgerða gistihús er staðsett í Slangerup, notalegri einkabygging nálægt stöðuvatninu þar sem hægt er að baða sig og í 30 mínútna fjarlægð. Það er garður á From Copenhagen. The little house is very nice and quiet, you can find everything you need in order to cook or clean and the stay is very pleasant. The hosts are nice, kind and helpful! Definitely recommended!

Very clean and comfortable room and bed. Stayed for two nights and was happy with value for money and host interactions.

The location in the countryside was beautiful and tranquil The house was bright and clean with a large communal kitchen, dining room and seating area The bedroom and bathroom were very spacious and bright

Tisvildehegn BandB í Helsinge býður upp á útsýni yfir stöðuvatnið, gistirými, ókeypis útlán á reiðhjólum og garð. Gististaðurinn er með aðgang að verönd, ókeypis einkabílastæði og ókeypis WiFi. Just perfect! The hostess is very friendly, the rooms are in her house so everything is very homey. And since the rooms are part of the home everything (rooms/corridor/bathromm/place to eat in the kitchen if you book breakfast) is as clean as a home as well as it is well furnished and just all over nice! Nothing feels (is) cheap or loveless as you'll find it usually in hostels with many rooms or cheap hotels (because this accomodations is on top of everything very affordable). I was just so happy to be there. I also booked the breakfast and it was really good with everything you could wish for :-) Thank you so much Helene! oh - and it's a very convenient location: many things to visit (Palaces, Castles, Museums, Parks) nearby (20-30 min drive) and a lot of beautiful nature: ocean, lakes, forest plus if I recall right a nature reserve for walks or bike rides.

Femhøj er staðsett í Jægerspris á Sjálandi, 40 km frá Kaupmannahöfn og státar af verönd og garðútsýni. Öll herbergin eru með flatskjá með kapalrásum og kaffivél. Already from outside the building itself (a former school) was impressive. The parking area was big enough and close to the entries. The personnel was always helpful and with a smile on their face. The very clean room was spacious, as well the bathroom. The beds were comfortable and the TV had a lot of different channels, not only Danish ones. There was a free 24/7 coffee/tea machine in the lobby and different beverages from soft drinks to beer from a refrigerator could be bought. The breakfast wasn't so huge, but enough, on weekends also with scrabbled eggs, bacon and warm sausages. The hotel is located out in the nowhere and that way quite and in the nature. The nearby village of Gerlev is in walking distance. Big supermarkts for example SuperBrugsen or Netto in Jaegerspris and 4 km distance. Frederikssund railway station is 6,5km away, has a spacious free parking and offers railway connection to Copenhagen every 10 min during day hours.
