Featuring a sauna, The Swiss hut 30 minutes from Copenhagen is set in Kvistgård. This beachfront property offers access to a terrace and free private parking. A beautiful and thoughtfully decorated cottage located in what can only be described as a mini-paradise. It was noticeable to me how dark and quiet it was during the night, allowing for a good rest in a comfortable bed. The sauna was a real treat. We took our time each morning to fully enjoy the renowned and delicious breakfast – which is kind of a brunch really. The view from the terrace is beautiful and it is a real extension of the cottage, as we spent many hours there in the morning and in the evening. The hosts were accommodating, mindful and friendly.

Situated in Hillerød, Mariegaardens Gæstehuse features accommodation with a private pool, a terrace and pool views. This place is exceptional!! Quiet, off the beaten path but so welcoming and charming. Annette greeted us when we arrived and provided a wonderful breakfast. We made a last minute reservation and she was still most accommodating. I had the best night’s sleep during our 17 day trip at Mariegaardens!

Trouville Bed & Breakfast is located in Hornbæk, 43 km from Dyrehavsbakken, 47 km from Grundtvig's Church, and 48 km from Parken Stadium. This is by far the best B&B we ever stayed in. It's located in a beautiful and laid-back town, just 40 minutes drive north of Copenhagen. We came in the summer and there are many restaurants, shops, food trucks and of course the port with a lovely beach Our host Majken was amazing and super helpful and recommended many activities and restaurants and made us feel at home. The place itself is a big house with private rooms and a common kitchenette where you can eat or meet other guests. There's also a big garden just outside the room. We had a very big and comfortable room. Everything was super clean and fancy, even the toiletries were high quality and it was obvious that the host wanted to create the perfect experience for her guests. The breakfast was rich and tasty

A recently renovated guest house situated in Slangerup, Cozy private annex near bathing lake and 30 min. From Copenhagen features a garden. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds. Very kind owner, and convenient location in the middle of the island, but especially the close proximity to hiking trails. Straight from the back yard!

Situated next to the Selsø lake and bird sanctuary, this countryside B&B has a shared kitchenette and a large garden. Guests can enjoy the peaceful surroundings, as well as free Wi-Fi and parking. Very clean, and felt very welcommed

Comfortable guest house and great host. Very clean and comfortable room and bed. Stayed for two nights and was happy with value for money and host interactions.

The location in the countryside was beautiful and tranquil The house was bright and clean with a large communal kitchen, dining room and seating area The bedroom and bathroom were very spacious and bright

Featuring lake views, Tisvildehegn BandB in Helsinge features accommodation, free bikes and a garden. This property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. I was pleasantly surprised with the facilities. It was like being home. The owner was friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend the stay.

Set in Jægerspris in the Sjælland island Region, 40 km from Copenhagen, Femhøj boasts a terrace and views of the garden. All rooms feature a flat-screen TV with cable channels and a coffee machine. Already from outside the building itself (a former school) was impressive. The parking area was big enough and close to the entries. The personnel was always helpful and with a smile on their face. The very clean room was spacious, as well the bathroom. The beds were comfortable and the TV had a lot of different channels, not only Danish ones. There was a free 24/7 coffee/tea machine in the lobby and different beverages from soft drinks to beer from a refrigerator could be bought. The breakfast wasn't so huge, but enough, on weekends also with scrabbled eggs, bacon and warm sausages. The hotel is located out in the nowhere and that way quite and in the nature. The nearby village of Gerlev is in walking distance. Big supermarkts for example SuperBrugsen or Netto in Jaegerspris and 4 km distance. Frederikssund railway station is 6,5km away, has a spacious free parking and offers railway connection to Copenhagen every 10 min during day hours.

Featuring a garden and views of garden, SoegaardensBB is a bed and breakfast situated in a historic building in Stenløse, 25 km from Grundtvig's Church. Beautiful location, surprisingly accessible by public transport. Friendly staff, large, generously-apportioned public area with an excellent kitchen and living room. Breakfast was stunningly good value - in fact the whole thing was.
