MAISON MOUZ, a property with a garden and a shared lounge, is situated in Paris, 3.7 km from Gare du Nord, 3.8 km from Gare de l'Est, as well as 4.5 km from La Cigale Concert Hall. The house was very cozy and it was relaxing to stay there. The surroundings are quiet and accessable. The room was very comfortable and clean.

La plaine de l'Angelus is a recently renovated bed and breakfast in Chailly-en-Bière, where guests can makes the most of its outdoor swimming pool, free bikes and garden. Claudio and Leia were gracious hosts and have furnished the house and kept the gardens beautifully. 10 stars is inadequate. This was an experience for us. If travelling anywhere near, stay here. If not, make the trip!

It was a perfect accommodation for us because everything we need was provided by the owner. Perfect location as well because there is a shopping mall in front of the building, nearby shops, restaurant and 3mins walk to the train station. Paris Homestay is a good accommodation. We were not a fan of the local cuisine of Paris so we decided to cook something for dinner. The owner was approachable and always responding if we have questions. Offering a garden and city view, Le prieuré de Saint Thibault is located in Saint-Thibault-des-Vignes, 30 km from Paris-Gare-de-Lyon and 31 km from Opéra Bastille. Everything about our stay was excellent. The host is very helpful and went over and above to make our stay a memorable one. The accommodation is clean and comfortable, and there was always plenty of choice at breakfast. Anne is a lovely person along with her two little dogs. We would stay again and would definitely recommend a stay to anyone. There is a bus stop directly outside and the bus is only a few minutes ride away to a train station with direct links to Paris.

Le Clos 24 is a recently renovated guest house in Macherin, where guests can make the most of its garden and shared lounge. This guest house offers accommodation with a patio. Lovely Stylish rooms. Great Air Con. Very clean. Beautifully decorated. Lovely bath/wash products that are handmade with natural ingredients. kind owners with a gorgeous pet dog. Tasty Breakfast.

Set in Moret-sur-Loing, 10 km from Château de Fontainebleau, 46 km from Parc des Félins and 11 km from Fountainebleau Golf Course, Hôtes de Maïa Chambre d'hôtes offers accommodation with a terrace and... Maia was a wonderful host. She initiated contact leading up to stay, welcomed us to accommodation, helped booking dinner in local restaurant. A very positive friendly and helpful host

Offering a garden and garden view, L'Hôtel Particulier - Paris Asnières is set in Asnières-sur-Seine, 5.1 km from Palais des Congrès de Paris and 5.9 km from Arc de Triomphe. In my opinion it could be a true Parisian experience. The house is beautiful the furniture is exquisite, they have a lovely back yard, breakfast was good organic made in house. We stayed a couple of nights at the Marriott in Paris which was much more expensive but to be honest we preferred this place. It just has that Parisian ambience.

Les Petites Tuileries, a property with a garden and a terrace, is set in Bray-sur-Seine, 47 km from Parc des Félins, 25 km from Senonais Golf Course, as well as 30 km from Fontenailles Golf Course. If the weather is good, you can walk by the river. Place is directly next to the river! And there is a big parking area so no problems. Host was exceptional! Design of the rooms were nice. Cleanliness is awesome. Breakfast is regular French breakfast, (don't expect protein if you are a protein maniac like me) but with a touch of personal flair. Everything is prepared by the host alone. My 8 year old daughter loved the upstairs. And view of the room was also very nice.

Boasting free bikes and views of river, La Villa Lauvray is a bed and breakfast set in a historic building in Vétheuil, 46 km from Le CADRAN. Great hosts, a very quiet location, comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast in the morning and street parking very close by. Nadia was also kind enough to make dinner reservations for us, since we arrived in the town late in the evening.

Featuring pool with a view and views of river, Le Moulin 1826 is a bed and breakfast situated in a historic building in Houdan, 23 km from Chapelle Royale St-Louis. This is a small mill house on a small river in a small village just outside of Houdan, handy for the N12 and the railway line to Paris. This was a really good 'find'. The accommodation is excellent and there is a gourmet restaurant which we sampled. The cooking s superb. Astonishingly the place seems to be run by one person who does all the gourmet cooking, and one waitress. There is a large garden and a swimming pool. We were visiting family and location was perfect
