Very warm (which is nice for winter 2023).

The bedroom and bathroom are super clean. Beds are very comfy. Food is delicious and fresh. The host is very friendly and helpful. She even bakes homemade cupcakes which are super tasty 😋 She also gave us tips on where to park and where to eat when we went to Disney.

In my opinion it could be a true Parisian experience. The house is beautiful the furniture is exquisite, they have a lovely back yard, breakfast was good organic made in house. We stayed a couple of nights at the Marriott in Paris which was much more expensive but to be honest we preferred this place. It just has that Parisian ambience.

If the weather is good, you can walk by the river. Place is directly next to the river! And there is a big parking area so no problems. Host was exceptional! Design of the rooms were nice. Cleanliness is awesome. Breakfast is regular French breakfast, (don't expect protein if you are a protein maniac like me) but with a touch of personal flair. Everything is prepared by the host alone. My 8 year old daughter loved the upstairs. And view of the room was also very nice.

Nadia was also kind enough to make dinner reservations for us, since we arrived in the town late in the evening.

A 23 km de Capela Real de Dreux, Le Moulin 1826 fornece acomodações, restaurante, bicicletas gratuitas, uma piscina exterior sazonal e um jardim. This is a small mill house on a small river in a small village just outside of Houdan, handy for the N12 and the railway line to Paris. This was a really good 'find'. The accommodation is excellent and there is a gourmet restaurant which we sampled. The cooking s superb. Astonishingly the place seems to be run by one person who does all the gourmet cooking, and one waitress. There is a large garden and a swimming pool. We were visiting family and location was perfect
