Mr Lee is super nice and help us with luggage. He waited for us to arrive to show us the place. The garden is well taken care , my family and I enjoyed the place a lot with the magnificent view of mt kinabalu. The room come with heated floor- this is a very thoughtful design of the room/chalet.

Our room was MASSIVE and featured direct access to the dolphin plunge pool, which was almost as refreshing as the pitcher of lemonade which magically appeared. The highlight though was dinner and breakfast. The food is thoughtfully prepared and locally sourced, and the staff goes above and beyond to provide an enjoyable dining experience. The combination of comfortable accommodation, superb hospitality, and delicious food make it a 10/10.

Places like the Orangutan Sanctuary and Rainforest Discovery Center are about a 20 minute drive from the house. It is pretty easy & affordable to use Grab (Malaysia's Uber) to get back and forth, though having a car would be more comfortable. The host is also very responsive and friendly.
