You should relly try their private hammam, it was so far the best in Morroco.

Great location and very close to souks. Staff was very helpful with everything and also recommended us some things in Medina and showed directions. We were offered taxi airport pickup and it was the best decision that we made.

The service we received from all the staff could not be better. The brakefast is so good and you will always be offered mint tea no matter the time. The location is also nice.

Parking for our hire car which was good & also very good location next to the Medina. Would definitely recommend.

We enjoyed here 8 glorious days, spending most of the time by the swimming pool. The hotel is an oasis of peace, where we relaxed on the sun lounges roasting under the Moroccan sun. The outdoor spaces don't need any further praise, the images are enough to describe the beauty of the place, but we can surely say something about the top-notch hospitality, with an incredibly thoughtful staff that was always available for our needs. Special thanks to Ahmed and Hamid (hopefully the names are spelt correctly) that assisted us with our daily requests, but our praises go to the whole staff, that contributed to our stay. Having so many days to spend in the villa, we had the chance to try almost the entire menu; the portion sizes were very generous, flavourful and had enough variety that we didn't get bored - big shout out to the "Beef with prunes", absolutely out of this world. The room was always very clean and had a pleasant smell, the size was perfect and the water pressure and temperature were fine. We didn't find the hairdryer, but as we had our own, we didn't ask (but keep this in mind). As a final note, we left our hearts in this place where everyone was always warm and welcoming. Definitely a place to consider for a mid to long stay in Marrakech, if you are looking for a relaxing stay with occasional trips to Medina. See you next year :)
