Staff Hameed was friendly and helpful he even gave us a bigger room without asking for, breakfast was delicious and various. The location is great, almost in the heart of medina. The room and the whole riad are nicely decorated, clean, and comfortable. Bathroom clean; towels available and clean as well. I would strongly recommend it, and for sure, i ll be back isa.

The room was amazing, comfortable, quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful breakfast was excellent. I recommend this place for everyone! But not for elderly people or with disabilities. Because from the road till the door you have around 20 steps to go down on the stairs.

We also enjoyed walking around the area.

Set in Chefchaouene, Vallparadis Pension Familiar" FIRDAUS" offers quiet street views and free WiFi, 400 metres from Kasba and 400 metres from Outa El Hammam Square. As our flight was delayed, we unfortunately had to arrive a day later. The host reserved a room for us for the next day without us having to pay twice. He was generally super friendly and helpful. The accommodation is very clean and has a lovely roof terrace. The location is wonderful.

Extremely accommodating host, very helpful with our difficult arrival/ departure. Breakfast was incredible, and the stay was beautiful. It was well- situated in the small city.
