Cruise shops could learn much from Qi. Small area of all day available food is a HUGH plus...can nake yourself a sandwuch, fruit, coffee/tea, cookies. When you dont know your way around or want to stay in to enjoy the gardens and birds , Qis thoughtfulness in providing staples for the day is so appreciated. Qi, her husband and mother are amazing hosts. This was a quick stop prior to boarding a cruise ship.But we look forward to coming back one day just to stay at echo lodge.

Robert was an amaizng host. He went the extra mile for all his guests and was such an easy going person who was so approachable. Breakfast was amazing. The room was incredible and so spacious.

The hosts, Bruce and Jules, were very welcoming and friendly. They were always available to help and answered any questions we had. Great service. Room was clean, comfy and had everything we needed. Very good view and good location. Just a few minute drive to most places we wanted to visit. The complimentary bottle of bubbles definitely enhanced our stay. Our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to have a nice, relaxing stay at Waiheke.
