Baywaterviews Bed & Breakfast is 2 km from Waitangi National Reserve. It is ideally located for exploring the Bay of islands & Far North. Guests have free use of bicycles to explore the area. The property is 4 hours from Auckland. Mike is an amazing host and the property is peaceful, private and just what we needed. The hot tub was especially nice to return to in the evenings!! We loved staying here and would definitely come back.

Allegra House is located up a hill from the centre of Paihia, where you will find a range of shops, restaurants and the beach.

All rooms at Allegra House have spectacular sea views and space to sit outside. Air-conditioning, a TV, refrigerator, tea/coffee making facilities and free WiFi are provided. Each room has an en suite bathroom with a shower. We stayed in Allegra House for two nights, which was an amazing experience! The rooms are nice and cosy, the view is breathtaking and the breakfast is delicious. Brita & Heinz are really lovely friendly hosts. We'll be back!

Located in the heart of Kerikeri, Stone Store Lodge Kerikeri is 10 minutes’ drive from Kerikeri Airport, and 5 minutes’ drive from Kerikeri Golf Club. Paihia and the Bay of Islands are a 25-minute drive away. Absolutely beautiful relaxing accommodation to stay . We enjoyed every moment there. Having a great stacked kitchen to use was a bonus . Just awesome.

The breakfast is extraordinary, offering a wide range of delicious options. However, what sets this place apart were the host. Delphine and her husband went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and memorable stay, making you feel right at home. This place is well worth the visit and I highly recommend it.

The Pacific Room, Tapeka Point, a property with a garden and a terrace, is set in Russell, 200 metres from Tapeka Point Beach, 2.8 km from Long Beach, as well as 1.2 km from Flagstaff Hill. Christ church is 2.3 km away and Russell Museum is 2.3 km from the guest house. Beautiful place with excellent facilities. Bridgette welcoming and friendly. Comfiest bed ever. Thank you.

Paihia Harbour is 10 km from the bed and breakfast, while Waitangi Treaty Grounds is 11 km from the property. The nearest airport is Bay of Islands Airport, 12 km from Forest Waters Bungalow. I booked this property with my 11yo daughter. The property was very affordable, the layout was perfect with our own privacy upstairs and a shared kitchen and chill out area separate. The owners were very welcoming and made us feel like we were right at home. Such a good place to just chill out and relax. Highly recommend

The Loft (Studio) is Pet friendly with a small private fenced garden. Stunning property in a beautiful location. Chris could not have been more welcoming and helpful. The studio was well equipped and very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

This was a secret escape. A very peaceful serene location really helped myself and Husband wind down from a long flight from the UK and set up for the rest of our tour around New Zealand. The property is a 5 minute drive into Kerikeri with plenty of shops and restaurants however they do close early compared to UK standards. There is a brewery with high standard restaurant and a garden bar with delicious snacks open until late this is a 15- 20 minute walk through the woods take a torch for return journey especially if you have sampled one or two over the top. I can only say this is a lovely place to stay and unwind with a bottle of wine from the well stocked mini bar 🍸 Thank you to Carla, Christian & Biscuit for a memorable stay and lovely breakfast.
