Situated in Takaka in the Tasman region, Labyrinth Gardens Guest House offers accommodation with free private parking, as well as access to a hot tub. To sum up the Labyrinth Guest House in a single word... Sanctuary. We were able to unwind and relax in a super comfortable room with amazing views out over the garden which features rocky outcrops which adjoin the labyrinth rock special site next door. The spa pool was so relaxing after a long day pf travel and we slept like babies in the quiet room with windows open and cool Takaka breeze. Hosts were perfect, very informative but also respectful of your space and privacy. Having laundry and kitchen facility was added bonus to an already amazing property. We can't wait to return. The owners were also kind enough to let us charge our EV (pre-arranged) which is a tremendous convenience to start the day recharged,

Offering free WiFi and set on the bank of a stream, Chalet Karaka offers accommodation 3 minutes' drive from Takaka village in Golden Bay. Chalet Karaka was absolutely delightful - a hidden gem, tucked away in a beautiful, tranquil bushy setting with a small picturesque stream running at the bottom of the garden. The shower was fantastic - excellent pressure with a lovely glass side looking out onto the private garden and stream. The room was spacious and well appointed and the icing on the cake was the generous outdoor undercover living area/deck complete with a Weber for all your barbecue requirements. Ngairie, our host, was friendly, welcoming and very helpful.

Marie and Serge were incredible hosts, property was beautiful and breakfast was out of this world. Already planning our next stay!

Shady Rest Bed & Breakfast provides a garden, as well as accommodation with a kitchen in Takaka. The property features mountain and garden views. The hosts were very welcoming, helpful, and fun to talk with. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast, conversation, and the wonderful and varied artwork on the walls. Marc and Janice were the perfect hosts.

Ashley Villa, built in 1891 is set amongst farmland in beautiful Golden Bay. It provides a unique country homestead experience. Takaka is 7km away. I loved the gardens, the beds with flannel sheets and down comforters, the dog Zoey and mostly the host Jude. It was all so lovely!

Nestled in Takaka Valley, on a 31-acre lifestyle farm, Golden Caves - Bed & Breakfast offers remarkable views in all directions and is just steps away from Abel Tasman National Park and beaches. The breakfasts were exceptional. Completely organic/homemade with products from their land. Fresh fruits, juices, preserves, meat, veggies, eggs etc etc! We purchased Renes pizza for dinner. The best pizza we have ever eaten!! Outdoor hot tub (star gazing at night), sauna and jet swim pool, sun decks, bird aviary. Accommodations - private bed/bath, shared living room and dining room with lots of space and furniture, outdoor sun deck area with seating and tables. Brochures for areas of interest in Nelson. Offering a barbecue and sun terrace, Adventure B&B is located in Takaka in the Tasman Region, 3 km from Takaka. Free WiFi is available and free private parking is available on site. Actually we had an apartment as we had our bedroom, living room and great bathroom. Breakfast we had at the owners kitchen. Nice, warm hospitality with great assistance on any need/request (e.g., wash machine and dryer, places to go). Located in a quite neighborhood, short time to go to the village which is very nice and colored one.

With direct beach access, Summerspring Beachfront Accommodation is located in Takaka. Each room here will provide you with a seating area. Beach was amazing, great that they allowed us to bring our two dogs. Great owners and knowledge of area.

Blue moon is set in Collingwood. This beachfront property offers access to free WiFi and free private parking. Outdoor dining is also possible at the guest house. Dan, the owner, was very helpful and friendly.
