Breakfast was excellent with many options and great quality of warm and cold foods. Just a very excellent value and convenient to Mt Cook National Park (1 hour or so) and the areas around it.

This is a holiday home shared with other guests, where you can share a living room and kitchen, and the owner will also live inside. Of course, you have your own private bedroom and bathroom. Josephine was an incredibly helpful host! She was really kind and welcoming which made us feel very at home and taken care of. The room was great as was the location.
