The rural atmosphere added to the whole enjoyable experience with the cat & friendly chooks. Breakfast was an absolute delight with homemade yogurt, bread & delicious jams and to top the stay off Rolf & Monica were so welcoming & friendly right down to the final farewell where we felt we had made amazing new friends. The little cabins are very cute and have everything you need. WHile they don't have individual bathrooms, the bath building is very close by and provides a private bathroom for your use. The common kitchen building is open and bright and provides a really nice meeting place. Don't hesitate... book this one!

Location just 10 minutes from Hobbiton, surroundings, nice and quiet. And the place itself? Gorgeous! Really spacious, equipped with anything you can think of, Gerda provided us with variety of food options like eggs, homemade bread and jam, yogurts and drinks in the fridge. But most importantly the vibe of the place was great. We felt like home and wished to stay there for longer. Highly recommended. And as for the navigation someone complained about- no issue at all. GPS and also Gerda’s description you receive in advance is accurate!
