It’s so beautiful and much bigger than the photos make it look. It is well equipped with interesting travel books to read. We wish we could have stayed longer!

We loved the little extra’s for breakfast and cookies. The owner is accommodation and nice to chat with. Great quality for the price. Would definitely stay again!

The bathroom was tastefully modernised and the shower was EPIC! My hosts were great and clearly had done a lot of travel as they have ensured quality and comfort, every step of the way. I felt like a king with the beautiful breakfast I have cooked for me and a lovely outlook from the dining area. And very importantly for me as a frequent traveller . . . the bed. Absolutely amazing nights sleep. Plenty of pillows (mix of firm and soft to select from), a wonderful bed!!!

We enjoyed our breakfast with view to the gardens listening to birds singing. Lovely hosts. It was perfect!

Situated in Martinborough in the Wellington region, Swan House has a patio. This property offers access to a balcony and free private parking. We had an awesome experience staying at Swan House! The rooms were impeccably clean, modern and the bed was super comfortable. We used the bike to go-about nearby which was very useful! But most importantly, Venessa and Graeme were the most hospitable hosts ever! It was my husband’s birthday and they decorated the room with special birthday balloons and a birthday banner which was the sweetest thing ever! Highly recommended! 😊
