The hosts made us feel very welcome and as part of their family. Wonderful breakfast under the lemontrees shade and very pleasant evenings in the pateo. The rooms are very confortable and very well decorated in sophisticated yet rural way. Everything still has that newly built feeling. The location is excelent for those who look for walking trails, river beaches, local food and relaxation.

Lots of extra touches had been added to make this new place cosy even when it was cold outside. Excellent breakfast!

Located in Cabaços and only 45 km from Our Lady of Fatima Basilica, Casa De Newsham provides accommodation with mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking. Spacious, lovely room with a very comfy bed. Big shower, hot water. It was winter and Ian had turned on the heating before my arrival so the room was warm. Very thoughtful and much appreciated!

We stayed in the family room, which has two levels, so our son had a little privacy. The place is air-conditioned and cleaned regularly. The beds are very comfortable, and there are also desks and space to hang clothes. The staff of Fonte d'Amandos is charming and always helpful. Every morning you can have breakfast at the bakery, which serves a good variety of rolls and cakes, both sweet and savoury. Many local people come for a coffee, and to buy bread there. There is parking nearby. We have stayed there before, and we will certainly come back.

Quinta dos Church is located in Ansião, 45 km from Santa Clara a Velha Monastery, 46 km from Coimbra-A Train Station, and 46 km from Coimbra Football Stadium. Quinta dos Church is a great place to stay in some less known part of Portugal. Quiet and peaceful countryside vibes. The breakfast is delicious with homemade fruit jams and cherry tomatoes from the garden. We enjoy a lot the time spent in the house and the kindness of the hosts.
