This guesthouse was very stylish and thoughtfully appointed. It had everything we needed and welcome glasses of port and sweets were provided. A nice touch. It was located on the first floor by a staircase above a very popular pasteleria which is where breakfast was served. This was one of the best breakfasts we have had and staff could not have been more helpful in ensuring we had everything we wanted during our 2 night stay. Car parking was very easy and convenient and free which was an added bonus. The guesthouse is also close to the train station We highly recommend A Tendinha to anyone staying in Peso da Regua who can manage a short flight of stairs.

Set 1.6 km from Our Lady of Remedies Sanctuary, 12 km from Douro Museum and 36 km from Natur Waterpark, 6/4 de Lamego offers accommodation situated in Lamego. Beautifully decorated rooms, quality bed linen, mattresses, towels etc, lots of little thoughtful details, great breakfast with lovely homemade treats.

Offering barbecue facilities and mountain view, Quinta do Fojo Valonguinho, Barrô is situated in Barrô, 16 km from Our Lady of Remedies Sanctuary and 19 km from Douro Museum. I'm tempted to keep this a secret since it was so amazing! But everyone should get to experience this incredible place. Both meals we had at the hotel were homemade and so delicious. The owner even gave us a sample of the private wine they make on the property. The view is beyond stunning. Could not be more pleased with this experience.

Featuring mountain views, Casa dos 4 Caminhos - Guest House Douro features accommodation with patio, around 1.3 km from Douro Museum. Wonderful guest house with all of the amenities you could ask for. Marco and Joana are friendly, helpful and accommodating hosts. We can't recommend this accommodation more for a long weekend in the Douro Valley, off-street and secure parking was another huge bonus!

Zimão Garden House is located in Vila Real, 30 km from Natur Waterpark, 31 km from Golf Course Vidago Palace, and 43 km from Douro Museum. The host was very friendly. Gave us some really helpful advices. We Enjoyed our stay. Thanks a lot, Eva!

From the moment you check in, you feel the hospitality of the Casa do Arco family. Natural views of the valley - absolute top. Breakfast is also delicious - fresh orange juice and eggs as desired.

Located in Pala and only 42 km from Douro Museum, Portovella Lodges & Bungalows provides accommodation with river views, free WiFi and free private parking. We liked everything. Nice room with a view and great breakfast.
