The owners are extremely friendly and they give you all the information about the island, update you with the latest events on the island (for us it was the eruption of the volcano). We had the pleasure of experiencing one of the most intense cyclones of the recent years together with Isa and Steph in their beautiful house in Le Tampon. As we have never been exposed to such severe weather conditions before, we were a bit nervous ahead of our stay, but our hosts did everything they could to make us feel safe and comfortable in their amazing home. We cooked together, we did yoga, had great conversation and we believe we could not have found a better place to spend those hours during the storm than with them. Thanks for opening both your home and hearts for us. We enjoyed every minute.

Aniel gave us a friendly welcome and showed us everything, we also had a very nice breakfast with baguette, croissant and a variety of homemade jams from the garden, very lovely. We were passing through and unfortunately only stayed one night, next time we will stay longer, we felt very comfortable! And we will improve our French until next time, I promise! :)
