The project he is trying to develop in Toujane is very beautiful and it is inspiring to see how they live and see the life. He showed us around the village and although it wasn't in our plans to visit it, it was definitely worth the time! The house is beautiful and authentic and you will be more than comfortable in this strange yet amazing room. And the food they cook is homemade and delicious! True Tunisian food. I suggest everyone to go see this place and meet him, his family and his amazing friend Musa, who's soul is definitely a young and beautiful one. Hope to see you all again!

It s a perfect place for visiting Matmata and make trips to Sahara or other berber villages. It s clean, nice rooms, confortable and Jamal &Rabia are the perfect host and very helpful with everything we needed. They give us good advise on what to visit and also Jamel was our guide to Sahara.

Set in Al M'dou, Dar El Ferdaous features air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi. The property features an outdoor swimming pool, as well as barbecue facilities. nice property in the countryside. Clean, nice artifacts from the past. Gorgeous breakfast. Swimingpool

This is by far one of the most special places we’ve been to. I read a review where one said it was worth the 500 km detour from Tunis, I’ll give you a better one: it’s worth a 4000 km detour from Amsterdam! The setting, the views, the amazing rooms, the village itself, the location, the hospitality and company and above all, the delicious dinner and breakfast. It was perfect from start to finish.
