Situated in La Marsa, Dar Ennassim features an outdoor pool located in the 2nd floor on the terrace. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. Great breakfast with nice view on the rooftop. Spacious rooms beautifully decorated in a traditional building full of history. The team is extremely welcoming and truly takes the time for its guests. It's perfectly located to visit Sidi Bou Saïd and Carthage. Definitely worth the price.

You can see that every details has been thought out. The owners and staff provided exceptional service. Much better than then 4 & 5 star hotels we stayed in Tunisia. Breakfast was delicious.

Why are the croissants in Tunisia so much better than home?! The breakfast was good (it includes croissants!), the rooms was comfortable and the property was as beautiful as the photos. Our host, Hedi, was very helpful and accommodating.

The 18, Marsa Guest House býður upp á gistirými á besta stað í La Marsa, í stuttri fjarlægð frá Corniche-ströndinni, La Marsa-ströndinni og Sidi Bou Said-garðinum. It's a very pretty and quaint place, perfect for relaxation. The courtyard is dominated by a pink peppercorn tree which is surrounded by blossomed plants and shrubs. Simba the cat lounges on the outdoor seating. Check out the photos (the room photo is from when I was leaving, it was much tidier when I arrived) The location is amazing! The La Marsa downtown and the TGM train station which connects to Sidi Bou Said, Carthage, and Tunis is a 2 minute walk away. My room was fantastic, it had everything I needed. However, the doorway into the bathroom area was a bit small (for me as 189 cm tall guy) so if you're a big person, might be a bit tight but easily manageable. The bathroom and toilet areas are normal sized. Except for that nitpick, no other faults. Said and Fufu are fantastic hosts and made me feel like a part of the family throughout my stay. Said is a very fun and interesting person to talk to, I had some great conversations with him. Overall, a very kind-hearted couple! If you are a solo traveller and this is your first time in Tunisia (like it was for me) I would highly recommend this place. La Marsa is a safe neighbourhood and well connected to the nearby sites.
