Staff are lovely, especially the owner Mehmet who really cares that his guests enjoy both the area & their stay :) Traditional terrace with a beautiful view of the balloons taking off in the morning. Great location! Clean, cool rooms we didn't even feel the need for aircon most of the time.

Hiljuti renoveeritud majutusasutus Karma Suites Cappadocia asub Uchisaris, 400 meetri kaugusel Uchisari lossist. Kohapeal on terrass ja aiavaated. Hommikusöögiga majutusasutusel on privaatne... The staff was wonderful at Karma! They helped us to have an amazing and easy trip by helping us with airport transfers and activities. Clean rooms and great views from the patio. Good breakfast and location too. You can easily walk to anything you need.

Location was perfect, few mins walk from everything else. Bugras the owner was extremely helpful and provided lots of suggestions and helped us organise activities. Rooms are cute. You can get a great view of the hot air balloons from your room and terrace. Breakfast was much better for us than the one we had in Istanbul.

Great location, comfortable bed, plentiful breakfast. Very helpful team who sorted a taxi for me very last minute.

Aiaga majutusasutus Corner İn Cappadocia asub Ortahisaris, 6,5 km kaugusel Urgupi muuseumist, 9,3 km kaugusel Uchisari lossist ja 11 km kaugusel Zelve vabaõhumuuseumist. This was our best stay in the entire 15 days trip. Even though we were concerned about the location as it's not in Goreme or Uchisar, but as soon as we got there we had no regrets. Firstly, this hotel is in a very peaceful location with exceptional view of valleys and mountains. Second best was their fabulous breakfast. Excellent room and super spacious bathroom with jacuzzi. Very clean, comfortable and perfectly heated room centrally. Staff were very welcoming and helpful, provided us extra service completely free!! Best experience indeed!

The rooms are very nice, tastefully decorated and furbished. The structure of the hotel itself is very interesting, intricate and mysterious. The staff is always very helpful. Breakfast was just as shown in the photos, very varried and abundant. I loved staying there and I definitely recommend the property.

A beautiful place in Avanos extremely well located, wlking distance from historical center, 1 min walk from supermarket and restaurantsbut above all, amazing hosts, extremely kind and helpful. We loved staying at Hikmet's House and really felt at home. The veranda is beautiful and perfect to enjoy a quiet nap or tea, and the breakfast room on the top floor offers a beautiful view on all the surroundings. We highly recommend this place!
