Providing free WiFi, private parking and a private beach area, the recently renovated property of Camping Le Ventadour, offers rooms in Meyras, 47 km from Pont d'Arc and 48 km from Ardeche Gorges.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom mobile home, which was clean and comfortable for a family of 4. We were there in the last week of August so the camp site was quiet. We had the beach/swimming area to ourselves most of the time. The river was fresh and clean, deep enough to swim, jump in and to fish. Having direct access to a natural swimming pool was a real attraction for us. The camp site is very well.managed with friendly.and.helpful hosts. The onsite restaurant made delicious pizza and bread and croissants from a bakery were delivered daily.. We will visit again.

Ths staff, the site, actually there's nothing I didn't like. The staff is encredibly nice and they go out of their way to facilitate the guests. I'd certainly book again if we ever want to visit the Ardèche again.
