Since this is my second desert camping in December (previous was in the Sahara again in December) I can say one thing- deserts get bloody cold at night. I had my thermal leggings and top on when I went to bed and it was perfect. The guys in the camp also offer additional blankets and warm bottles in case you come unprepared.

We stayed in one of the Bedouin style tents and it was delightful. Well appointed, clean, had everything we need. Friendly staff, always on hand if we needed anything. Fab food at both breakfast and dinner. Highly recommend!

Outside two chairs to chill while looking at the desert. Dining area where people meet at breakfast and dinners, good food, large portions. Our guide Mo-mo was like a good friend.

The tent was very beautiful and clean. It had a wonderful view of the desert. We went on the jeep beach inside the desert for 4 hours. It was very beautiful.
