I like the complimentary coffee and tea, and the pyjamas and slippers provided for guests. I also like the luggage storage available before check-in. The rooms, toilets and kitchen are exceptionally clean!

The location was fantastic, right across the road from Hiroshima station. The check in was easy, and the women's dorm was really comfortable and nicely presented. I appreciated their additional room with hair dryers and curlers. The wifi was good, the bed was very comfortable and a reasonable size, and I didn't hear any noise from other patrons. I would definitely stay here again

I didn't expect to get the whole spa complex with that capsule room. And it was just wonderful after whole trip day. Great price for that options. Clean room and spa, great staff.
