I met another traveler staying further away, that simply never went out with us due to the distance. From this hostel you can simply walk home from the all the bars and clubs. Best bars: - Bee's Knees (you need to come early and join a interactive queue) - L'escamoteur one of the best bars, I have been in general, small and cozy with great bartenders, expect a 20/30min queue every night Best clubs: - WORLD KYOTO: fantastic sound system, fancy casual club with one main room and another small bar like room - KITSUNE KYOTO: little bit less fancy than world kyoto but cool crowed, maybe a little bit more local I don't know at which club I had more fun to be honest
