The dorms are very modern, clean and comfortable. There was nice calming music playing during the day. Air con was very good, which was a life-saver in the 35 degree heat of Kyoto. Shower rooms were very clean and had everything you needed. Free slippers and fresh towels every day. Masa-san was a very kind and welcoming host! And on top of all that...the price was amazing!
