Restaurant is classy with great food and atmosphere for the evenings, and the breakfast is just superior to many 5-star hotels. Selection of herbal and fruit teas is enormous. Staff is very pleasant and helpful, everything in hotel is modern, common area doors are automatic touch-free, rooms are spacious with a large entry area which is especially convenient if you came skiing. Oh, the balcony is a nice bonus - rare thing in hotels. Marked with a heart on google maps.

The carpark is free of charge and there were not any problem to find park place. The hotel is very good starting point if you want to buy something (Billa is within 3 minutes walk) or to go on excursion. There's a discount petrol station nearby. Villach is only 10 ten minutes by car, the lake is 20 minutes walk. Every room has a beautiful view to the mountains. As we had west front rooms they were very warm by the afternoon but the air condition worked well. The staff was kind.

My room was very spacious but the bathroom was a bit tight compare to the room size. There was an alarm going off during my check-in time but this was for the fireworker because a big thunderstorm arrived in the evening. I had some local food & beer for dinner and both was very tasty. Staff was very friendls and breakfast was also nice even if I had to leave early.

Room had a balcony and was well appointed. With window closed it was quiet.. Hotel has a very nice spa with sauna, but no steam room or jacuzzi. No swimming pool.
