Very good location.
Very empathetic reception staff - they will listen to your complaints, but there isn’t much they can do to help.
We were moved to a delux apartment on the second day because the room we were initially given was truly horrible.

The staff was extremely helpful, friendly and professional. The rooms big and clean, good beds, the swimming pool was very clean and good enough size, saunas excellent. Breakfast was fresh and with enough options. Location is good, though you need a car or taxi to go to the center, but across 2 big shopping malls.

Banja Luka is a city with fast development.
Banja Luka is a city with fast development. It is nice and clean and successfully combines the best Balcan traditions in culture and cuisine with European bars, restaurants, concerts and places for fun.
The people are friendly and polite. The prices are quite acceptable and the service is at good level everywhere. You will usually not have any issues with communication in English.
Spring, summer and autumn seasons are best option to go there.
You should visit "Casamat" restaurant in the "Kastel" (fortress), or sit beside the river Virbas in "Villa Vrbas" restaurant, or literally in the river at Splav (raft) restaurant. Then go to the city square and the church, look around the marketplace. All restaurants here offer delicious local food, but you can easily find European and especially Italian food.
Don`t miss "McTire" pub and the other pubs with live music in the evenings.

Banja Luka is a small tovi in RS that has a briliant soul. Best time to visit is at the end of the spring or at the beginning of the autumn.
It is also much better to have a companion or someone local to go out with.
Great cafes and restaurants with good local cuisine.
And please leave politics at home and enjoy.

Banja luka is a lovely small city.
Banja luka is a lovely small city. I stayed two days, one day for exploring the city a bit, and the other day for hiking in the nature. It definitely worth the visit, but I found 2-3 days are sufficient as they are not much to explore as a traveler. There are also not many interesting museums that show the culture and history of the city and country.

The city is just small so all the tourists spots are just walking distance. The mosque, City hall, Church, fortress the market is just all close by.
Food- restaurants are not everywhere but there are a lot as well where you can eat and taste the specialty of the country. What I can find interesting is their coffee shops which is open until late at night.
The street where you can find restaurants are just beside the City hall of close to the Church.
Since everything is mostly close by you can save money for the transportation.
The panoramic view of this place is located on the top of the mountain. This is not a walking distance you have to take a taxi to go up there and it cost 15€.
Mode of payment either you can pay cash or card. Of course in some small shops it’s better to pay in cash.
Withdrawing money they have a lot of bank and ATMs.
One of the Bank that does not charged is UniCredit, credit card from Europe is free of charge.

Nothing special.
Nothing special.
Good things: cheep accommodation, good food, many options for night life, friendly people, beautiful women's....
Bad things: traffic, garbage all around, broken glass-bottles...
At top, 2 days are enough for me.
The city has a lot opportunities for improvement, and a lot of potential.
I visited a lot old places and castles, and I was very disappointed with KASTEL.
Why? Nice old building, but nothing else. No safety fans, Garbage, dirth, glass... IT HAS TO BE ATTRACTION and it NEED some Help.
And, at the end, I think that city as it is Banja Luka, need BIG PARK with big playground for children.

Fantastic city, more people should go there and relax.
Fantastic city, more people should go there and relax. Lots of pubs end restaurants , very cheap and great food /drinks. Walking distances to most activities and very green town.Nice river going trough central area with nice restaurants where you can sit 1 m from river. We were 3 guys from Sweden and will surely be back soon.
Manager and his sister were both very helpful (including even before arrival by answering my messages) and welcoming
- upon arrival they offered to advance the taxi bill in cash as I was entering Bosnia without Bosnian money on me, very kind
- the staff gave me ideas what to see and do in Banja Luka and where to eat
- hotel seems very new and well maintained, western standard.
- location is ideal to explore the town and at the same time is located in a quiet side street off the hustle and buzzle of the city
The apartment is in the one of the best locations in Banja Luka city. It is just 5-7 minutes of walking from the apartment to the hearth of Banja Luka, the famous "Boska". That is great thing. The second this apartment has the private parking, the garage. That is great.
The host "Mihajl" was pleasent. 10 stars for him. Apartment was clean, the whole: bedroom, bathroom etc whole apartment.
We had enough towels Also big plus!
What to say I am giving 9 stars for price location garage.
Good location (approximately 15 minutes walk to the town center), nice, cosy, pleasant and the modern apartment, well organized airport car transfer. Very good communication with the hotel via mail. Strongly recommended, however Banja Luka itself doesn’t have too many tourist attractions to offer. Anyway, good place for a quick weekend trip with no western foodchains, with very nice and helpful people of Bosnia and with a delicious food😀
Everything about the apartment and experience was amazing, Good communication and very friendly host, he showed us a small tour around banja luka and had also stocked the fridge full of drinks and snacks, the location was great, lots of places walking distance near by and only a short 5-10 minute walk into the town CBD. Only just around the corner was the Mastercraft brewery, one of the attractions we wanted to see!!
The hotel is on the river, and centre of the city, The hotel is beautiful and the beds are comfy but most amazing and outstanding are the employees there, they are kind, helpful, and very friendly, ready to help you whenever you need even though they are very busy. If I ever go back again, I would stick with this hotel Highly recommend.
The best thing about the Bosna is it’s location and free parking. It is an old Yugoslav era hotel and the rooms have been modernised but the common parts can be quite lugubrious. Staff are friendly and helpful. I think this hotel is good for a short stay of a night or two but anything longer you can find better options.
Very nice hosts and really good service! Maja picked me up from the bus station and drove me to the airport the next day, thank you very much for that. Sanja is a great cook - don't miss any of her meals, it might be your best in Bosnia <3 Will stay there again if I ever come to Banja Luka in the future.
First time in Banja Luka, chose the hotel because of location, room was nice and bathroom even better, breakfast edible but rather limited. Overall impression, however, that I was arriving into a time machine and travelled back to former fame of Yugoslavia times. But bed was ok, and that was important.
Nice hotel in the city center with parking garage inside the hotel. You can choose a smoking room if you want what is a great benefit for me. Great stay option in Banja Luka for the money.
The stuff was really kind, and the room was perfect for me, it is right in downtown of banja luka and u get ur own parking spot, would recommend to everyone who wants to visit banja luka!
Breakfast is god. There is an underground garage out of the hotel and you have to pay extra. The fridge work very well.
The location is 30 minutes walk to the Center of Banja Luka.
One of the best hotels (if not the best) in Banja Luka. A very good location, with private parking, is a huge plus for me. And of course a great breakfast and friendly staff.
There is no breakfast, but very close to the location is several restaurants, very good place to stay in Banja Luka, will book again when I'm travelling to Banja Luka.
The hotel was modern and clean. The location was good, not too far from the center, but we had a car. Freshly prepared omelettes for breakfast every morning.
Staff is very professional and friendly on a level that is rarely seen, they make the difference. The hotel is new and rooms are so clean and comfortable
