The staff were so friendly, welcoming and helpful. Our dinner was delicious, drinks in the bar were lovely too, our rooms were comfortable and clean, and the decor and surroundings so unique. While we were impressed with the Hotel overall … it was Mustaff and his wife Bellma along with their colleague Enni (sp?) who we were impressed with the most. Friendly, kind, offering to help us in any way. They prepared a fresh breakfast each morning after the bus tour folks left … Our visit to Bosnia was outstanding mainly because of the lovely people who proudly welcomed and showed us their country.
