We liked everything about this property starting from the lady owning the place! She was very responsive and allowed us for an early and easy check-in. We were a group of 4 girls friends and colleagues and the apartment with the 3 rooms was much more than expected. The place was clean, the woman provided us with all the needed info to visit the area and also gave us some additional bathrobes for the pool.
The location is perfect for relaxing with a nice terrace and beautiful view of the mountain where you can enjoy your morning coffee or some aperitiv.
We will definitely be happy to be back with a bigger group.
THANK YOU :)

We especially enjoyed the hot springs and that it's close enough for a trip to the seven rila lakes. The town itself is pretty quiet, we've been at the beginning of july and there weren't a lot of turists. Out stay was during the week (wednesday-friday).

Quaint little Spa town and you can see they are trying to modernise it. I enjoyed the location as I wanted a spa break, a few days is enough though as there is not a lot to do in the town itself, That said the surrounding hills are great for walking etc

Sapareva Banya is not to be missed for hikers, nature lovers and people who like spa/hot springs. The famous Seven Rila Lakes can be easily reached from here, and many more hikes are possible. The town boasts a 103°C geyser and a public spa center (Aqua Club Kotvata) that has everything from large warm swimming pools to hot jacuzzi to cold ponds to sauna, and more. The town is a very quiet place, and people are friendly.

Very nice guest house, the owner was very friendly and although his , English is not so good, we manged to communicate well and felt at home. The room was large with a balcony overlooking the fruit garden of the owner who also offered us apples from his trees. We had a very
tasty breakfast that was prepared for us in the morning.

There is nothing special about Sapareva banya but it is a nice budget-friendly near-Sofia resort. It's very easy to reach the 7th Rila lakes, the Rila monastery, the Resilovo monastery, as well as the Rila park in Dupnitsa city. Rado pizza place is an excellent dinner choice. You could place it wherever you want at the Mediterranean coast and it will fit perfectly. Try to avoid "SPA upon request" properties.
The owner of the guesthouse is extremely welcoming and nice. Perfect location in a quiet area close to the town's main street and 3 minutes walking to Kotvata. We were able to park for free on the street. Beautiful yard where you can relax and use the outdoor kitchen. There's also a small shared indoor kitchen and tables where you can make a coffee or warm up some food. The quality of the bed was fine. I would definitely return on my next trip to Sapareva Banya
We didn't realize we had to pre-order the breakfast but the host was great and accommodated us regarless. We had an apartment and an additional room upstairs and it was all very convenient. The apartment was very spacious and had a terrace which was nice even though the weather was hot. Everything was air conditioned which made our stay very comfortable despite the heat. It's within walking distance of many restaurants for dinner / lunch.
Maria has done above and beyond to make sure us comfortable - get a taxi to get to Rila Seven Lakes and showed us the bus station. The bed is comfortable, the room is sparkle clean. The guests can also access to the kitchen. After eating several days Bulgaria national dishes, make ourselves some vegetable soup is awesome.
The villa is located very close to the main street of the city. Many shops are within a walking distance. The villa is spacious and has all the facilities you need. The host is very kind and helpful. Perfect communication and flexibility shown from his side.
Room was comfortable with a large balcony, overlooking a stream with sunset views. Great location to visit the Seven Rila lakes as the lift is a 25min drive, as well as the mineral springs. Trampoline/toys for kids, and spa use at no addition cost.
I like the location of the hotel. The staff is always friendly. The breakfast is nice but machine-made coffee is probably not to everybody's taste - I suggest you order a regular coffee directly to the staff. I enjoyed the SPA and the pools.
A very spacious apartment with nice scenery.
Very close to the 7 lakes route.
Close to a supermarket and many nice restaurants.
The apartment is equipped with all you may need.
I would highly recommend this family hotel.
It is sparkling clean, the staff is polite and helpful, the breakfast is very nice.
The hotel is situated on a beautiful spot.
A great mineral outdoor swimming pool which is kept warm all the time. Food choice is reasonable for breakfast. Rooms are cosy. Lots of parking space available outside.
The place is perfect especially for kids. Lot of space, the garden have facilities for kids, great BBQ facilities.
The host was super nice!
Definitely recommend villa.
The houses were exceptional, luxurious, definitely reminding of Bora Bora with the wooden structure and hay roofs. The pools where large, plenty of room for everyone
