We truly liked our stay here. The outdoor sitting area a level up was a great hang out when the weather was nice. We loved the old fashioned style of the place! Please let it be like this. So genuine!
Fantastic staff!
Close to the padelcourts was important for us.
We will be back in 2024.

Location was great and breakfast enjoyable. The room was small, but clean. Plenty of towels and a very comfortable bathrobe.

Kuressaare Castle is promoted as a top attraction in Estonia...
Kuressaare Castle is promoted as a top attraction in Estonia. I would say that the Castle surrounds were very good, but my man would say only good. Certainly good for many photos. This verdict could be also applied to several renovated timber dwellings in some streets of the town. The retail area has been upgraded and the town generally is becoming gentrified, some might say trendy. Certainly the town thinks it is going upmarket. Restaurant and eatery options are moving towards the aspiring and influencer market, with prices commensurate.
Thus you have a summer place, a weekend or discreet getaway in other seasons as well. There are various opinions that could be made, but for me I found the visit to be worthwhile. My other half views the town and attractions to be generally overrated, and the visit to be rather disappointing.

Kuressaare castle gives interesting insights into the history of Estonia in general, but also the past events of Saaremaa, which are good to know for any traveler to understand the mindset and the attitude of the locals. There are various food options and the town is tiny, so you can get around by foot. Castello Restaurant has a very nice hidden terrace in the back of the restaurant which is very cozy.

Very nice city, not big but pretty.
Very nice city, not big but pretty. We used only a few hours to see all the attractions here and the other time we traveled around Saaremaa island by car. You don't need a lot of time to see the main things.

Great place to visit during summer.
Great place to visit during summer. There were many attractions around the island as we drove to destination, so we stopped along the way. There was a Viking expo at the central church, highly recommended if still available.

Very beautiful and quiet place.
Very beautiful and quiet place. It is recommended to go on weekdays to fully enjoy the peace and beauty. There are many beautiful restaurants in the Old Town with local dishes. Beautiful walking areas and a family-friendly city with children.
Lots of different saunas. Cold pool next to the hottest sauna. Great breakfast and great bar food available from the spa bar. Their own restaurant is a very cozy stone cellar place, it's a nice atmosphere for both breakfast and dinner. Lighting in the spa not too bright, but more on the darker atmosphere side overall, which is a good thing for a spa. The main pool has several streams. Saunas very modern and all have their own unique design - the nicest collection of saunas I've seen so far in Estonia.
The breakfast was excellent. Everything was fresh and delicious, the coffee great. The bed was nice and not too soft, there was some storage space for clothes and bathrobes. The outdoor pool was a great addition to the otherwise small spa area. There were some parking spaces right in front of the hotel and we managed to get one, so that was nice. Great location, basically right next to the main restaurants, close to the castle as well.
Hotel offers many different Spa treatments. the pool and sauna complex was great, also they offer free water, which is amazing, as the water and saun actovities make you super thirsty. the bar area offers so many different non-alchohol beverages that it was even owerwhelming to try all. Pinpong table and play area is a good option to spend time.
Perfect spacious holiday house with own large yard. Very well equipped with gas bbq grill, outside hot tub, a/c in both bedrooms, automatic coffee and ice cube machines. New house, everything very clean and tidy. Highly recommended, house itself is a reason to visit Kuressaare. We will definitely be back.
Beatiful old house next to the Kuressaare castle. Cozy rooms and really good value for money. Self check-in worked well. Classy restaurant below although breakfast wasn't available there. Nice breakfast places were available close to the hotel prices starting from 6.5€. Defintely would go another time.
Overall nice boutique hotel with spa in a quiet area of Kurresaare and delicious breakfast. Comfortable bed. Quiet room, we were in the one of additional buildings in the yard. Personell is very nice and polite. Spa was not overcrowded, there was enough space. We really enjoyed the outdoor pool.
Great location, quiet and nice neighbourhood. Second floor apartment with a shared balcony and well-kept garden with a grill and other facilities. If traveling with a child, the kitchenette and dishwasher and washing machine came in handy. Two-room apartment was a quite spacious and warm.
Absolutely perfect hotel if you’re looking around Kuressaare and need a place to stay! Excellent location, rooms are quite spacious, possibility to use the kitchen and washing machines, free parking availability! Everything is nearby and easy to access! I will definitely be back :)
We really enjoyed our Kuressaare experience! Our flat was large and comfortable and we greatly liked the coffee Mach in ne, some of the best coffee on our trip. Check in and out was easy and the lack of location can’t be beat. The pizza place right next door was good as well.
Our hotel room was with a view of the sea. You can use spa unlimited time (full spa from 17.00, in the morning only swimming pool and one sauna). Nice breakfast and also had option of nut milk. Billiard option for extra pay.
You can park your car safely in front of the hotel building, and everything in Kuressaare is in walking distance.
Rooms and beds were not large, but comfortable for us and served their purpose.
Breakfast was OK.
Lovely spa treatment from Ene :-)
large room
nice hotel in general
Staff sorted out room fast for us as we arrived early, also arranged spa times to suit us as much as they could
Lovely, spacious apartment with great view! Perfectly equipped kitchen, everything was spotless clean. Great to have an elevator, travelling with seniors it was convenient.
