First of all thanks to Mina who was Supervisor of front office, than the other animition team and kitchen team are really nice and well coming. The beach is awesome, naturally beautiful, sandy and the depth of the water is gradual. variety of pools which serve both kids and adults. Alex by the kids pool did a great job and Hossam Hassan by the beach also.
The reception was helpful, especially Mohamed and the view and structure of the hotel was really awesome.
