almost everything is amazing starting from the front desk staff . we was greeted by Mr.Mostafa who was a great help during our stay. Aqua games, pool and snorkeling was amazing kids enjoyed much. other activities also with animation team Mr.Kareem and Mundo had fun with kids playing darts and foosball. really recommend this hotel for families
