Mahon is an easy going city. It is small and not too noisy.
Mahon is an easy going city. It is small and not too noisy. There is plenty to do and see. You can cover most areas on foot and there is a good bus service to other parts of Menorca. The harbour area is attractive with boat trips which are a great way to see the city and get an idea of its' history. It is also a very pleasant area to walk and there are plenty of restaurants, cafes and bars both in the harbour area and in the centre of town. Menorca has lovely beaches and because it is a relatively small island it is easy enough to reach anywhere from Mahon

Mahon is an interesting town with a large harbour and many individual shops. There is a wide range of cafes and restaurants. The streets are clean and the main town centre is pedestrianised so is very easy to get around.

The hotel whilst in the old part of town is very modern, bright and clean inside. The staff were very helpful and couldn’t go more for you. The hotel is very well situated ato explore the old town and is just 5 minutes from the famous fish market. A good base to discover the rest of the island, I think that buses can get you to a fare number of places but as frequent visitors we invariably have a car waiting at the airport. Mahon is full of character, steeped in history. Boat trips available round the huge harbour.

Mahon port is a must, lovely to walk around and there are 2 lifts to take you from the port to the old town. We love art galleries and museums and met some wonderful people. Not a place for children really, Better for children on the west side of the Island. Some really good restaurants Tap Can, La Opera and especially Perla!JudySpain

The rooms and different areas of the hotel were spotless. It provided a tranquil and relaxing setting, perfect for an incredible holiday. The staff were unobtrusive and incredibly efficient. They catered to our every need. The breakfasts were exceptional - delicious and incredibly varied! The dinners were also fantastic. They offer a wide range of simple but traditional Spanish classics. The grab and go along with complimentary selection of drinks is a great idea and made the hotel buzz in the afternoon. I had an excellent massage from Anabel and didn't need to book in advance, popped in on the off chance. Breakfast options are also excellent 👌. A great location for shopping, restaurants and the port. It is modern yet incorporates some old features including the old city wall. The rooms are well designed, çomfortable and there was an excellent choice for breakfast. The staff were friendly and helpful and we enjoyed our stay.
