Quiet in spite of being in the middle of town. Private parking was a game changer for us.
The room and the bed were extremely comfortable.
Decent although cold breakfast.
The adjacent restaurant was excellent.

I would definitely recommend this apartment. The hosts were very helpful and late check-in is no problem at all with the code and key box. The apartment is convenient and looks great. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. The location is also very convenient. Everything is close to the apartment and within walking distance.
We love Arras. It's a shame we only ever stay enroute while travelling to the South of France. We've decided that we will make a proper holiday in the city in the future and take time to enjoy this vibrant place, as well as exploring the history and the WW1 battlefields.

The main reason for our visit was to visit the Christmas Market which is one of the largest we have seen. At other times of the year there appear to be plenty of other places to visit and activities in the city or surrounding area. We ate out twice there - are certainly a lot more restaurants to try!

Arras has two beautiful squares - the Grande Place and the Place des Heros. The architecture is beautiful and the belfry and museum are very interesting. As well as some great shops, there's a very extensive market on a Saturday morning each week. At the moment there's a large and varied Christmas market each afternoon and evening. The surrounding area is of particular interest for details (and cemeteries) from the first world war.
The centre of Arras isn't large so it's easy to walk from place to place.
We stayed at B+B, Arras last year and liked it so much that we stayed for two nights this time and did a bit more exploring. The rooms are not particularly big but you only sleep and shower in them so they are fine for us; the bed sheets and towels were clean and the room was quiet overnight. The location is just off the ring road so it's easy to find and there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby; the staff were friendly and helpful especially the Manager and there was plenty of food to choose from at breakfast.
We have stayed at Au Studio 36 Arras many times and it was a nice apartment, good location, secure parking and easy access to the town. However we realised as we were on our way to France that we had been given a different apartment in the same building which was completely different to the one listed by Booking.com and which we assumed we had booked. So this apartment was less well equipped, not such a good layout and didn't open onto the courtyard but onto the main road so was incredibly noisy.
Lovely decor, modern stylish reception area. Staff very helpful. The bedrooms are apparently all different.
Our bedroom had a comfy double bed with tv and WiFi , air conditioning. Small bathroom with a shower, toilet and washbasin and hairdryer.
Good selection of food for breakfast.
We visited the Arras Christmas market during our stay, great place to explore.
Parking in secure car park behind the hotel.
Lovely apartment, right in the centre of Arras with views over the historic town hall. The kitchen was well equipped and the living room was large, airy and welcoming. There were good facilities close by, including parking, and Sandrine made sure we understood the local parking arrangements. This is an excellent base for exploring the WW1 sites in the area.
The hotel is in the historic and vibrant centre of Arras close to the Grand Square and the Place des heros. The staff were friendly, informative and spoke multiple languages. It is great to find such an accessible hotel in the middle of the city and close to parking,
There are loads of places to shop, eat and drink on the doorstep. Only a 20min walk into the centre of Arras and it’s beautiful, vibrant square.
The hotel parking was excellent, plenty of it and secure. For most people this would be a stop over hotel.
The hotel is in a historical building, in the centre. The room was small, but had everything according to the description. Excellent bed, it was very quiet at night as the room was facing the back side. The breakfast was very good.
Parking is available. The Hotel, bedrooms and dining room are very clean. The beds and en-suite facilities were very good. A great choice of food for breakfast. Very close to Arras town centre. Good English spoken by the Staff.
This hotel is our preferred option when passing through Arras as we have done over many years. It's in a central location and is exactly what we want from a stopover.
