The room was bigger than I expect for an Ibis. There is a restaurant attached, with McDonald's next door, lots of options for meals. The bathroom made me think of a spaceship, which was fun; the shower was good. The public area on the main floor was comfortable, and they would get you coffee or tea if you asked. Parking was plentiful. Public transportation is not far and made it very easy to get into town.
The second night, the restaurant was changing their menu, and we were invited to taste-test everything for free. It was excellent, and an example of how friendly and accommodating they are.

We had a lovely stay at the hotel. Special thanks to Aurelie. She made the extra effort to help my wife who did not feel well when we arrived at the hotel. Thank you so much Aurelie.

The hotel was ideally located in the centre of Caen. Caen is very nice, with plenty of restaurants and shops. Driving in the region is good, with little traffic if you are exploring the D-Day beaches. The hotel was very clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. I arrived early morning from the overnight ferry and they allowed me to use the bathroom to get washed ahead of my afternoon check in.

Loved the staff, the Michelin Star restaurant in the hotel and the incredible meal, and the spaciousness of the room. The beautiful courtyards and overall windows and lighting create an inviting ambiance.
Confy Hotel, well decorated, staff friendly and helpful, room with beautiful view for sunset, sound proofing, spacious. Perfect Shower. Breakfast with all you need for another day visiting the beautiful village of Caen and the sad history around. Nearby you have fast food restaurant or just grab something in the supermarket for dinner. Loved our stay and absolutely recommend it.
The gentleman at reception was very welcoming. The hotel was convenient for an overnight stay near the ferry terminal with secure parking. It was clean and comfortable and great for the price. Breakfast was available if you wanted it. There is a supermarket within walking distance from the hotel.

We liked the cleanliness of the hotel and the staff were very helpful. The gates were closed at 11pm which we were happy about as we had dogs in the car. Also liked the Courtpaille being attached to the hotel.
