Tim was a wonderful host. The croissants, coffee, and homemade soda bread and jams were an excellent way to start the day alongside some great conversation. Tim was very accommodating to our comings and goings and gave plenty of recommendations to enjoy the area.

We were in a hurry because we needed to go to a wedding and she did her best to quickly check us in and was very understanding. In the morning we ate a beautifully made breakfast with homemade jams - Gaillac is also a cute little town with small roads and lots to explore. We totally can recommend this cute place, with a homely feeling! Merci and au revoir. It was a blast!
