Excellent service from owner Vincent. Our room was spotless. Great pillows and duvets. And room to move around too! Steps away from all the centre city activities- food market, outdoor market as well as countless and awesome restaurants. I’m mobility restricted and I was able to get around no problem! A definite ‘return’ location.

Beautiful, historical town. Good amount of bistros/restaurants but some can be quite pricey. We used the supermarkets on some days to keep costs down. The food hall is a MUST.
The architecture is stunning along with the canal, museums and historical sights.
Highly advise getting a car to explore the towns within 30 minute radius.

It's a small city, but with a lively centre by the riversides, Many restaurants, things to see and do. The market was nice and we had a great tapas-lunch there.
The tourist train wasn't really worth it though, and if you don't speak french, you get earphones ... and on our row three of four plugins didn't work. They still refused to pay back money. That was cheap of them.
It's also close to the beach, and for 1.20 Euro you took the local bus aprox half and hour to reach the sandy beaches. In Saint Pierre la mer we really really recommend "Restaurant PAPA.PACO". Excellent food!
It's also very "centric", so going to towns like Carcassonne etc doesn't take long time, and trip over the day is no problem.

narbonne is an incredible city very well organized, with a lot of green and free parking. The city is quite full of bars and restaurants with some great places to visit ..but the value of the city is the city itself a nice place where to spend 2/3 day in complete relaxation you can walk all around the city without any problem and any car.

Off the tourist trail compared to some other nearby towns, but offers a great variety of activities. Water sports, museums, a wonderful food market.
The free shuttle bus is a big plus, running Monday through Saturday. The local buses charge a fixed rate of just €1.20.
Lots of restaurant and café options, plus a good choice of supermarkets. Do not miss the new museum of Roman history - Via Narbo. Extraordinary.

Narbonne is perhaps under-rated.
Narbonne is perhaps under-rated. It has great charm and history. The historic centre is compact and easy to stroll around.
For those like ourselves who are interested in the Roman history in and around Narbonne it's great: The Horreum underground granary is good. Via Narbo ( a little way out along the canal) is wonderful, although it has yet to get itself organised with a cafe,
Saturday evening along the canal and under he planes, with plenty of delightful relaxed cafes, was a great way to end our stay.
We spent 4 wonderful days at the Domaine. From the moment we arrived, we were given a warm welcome by Jan. He made the stay feel special, he's always available. The breakfasts were the best (by far!) of any hotel or B&B were we've stayed before, many choices and everything fresh and delicious. The dinner with the chef Viktor were also a wonderful experience. You can also bike to Narbonne with bikes the Domaine lends you. We had a delightful stay and we will definitely be back!
Beautiful restored convent, now a series of rooms with different decor and this one was great. Nice location and very comfortable with great AC. Good restaurants and grocery store nearby. The staff was also very nice and the private parking was very useful in Narbonne. We could drive to the nearby beaches and other sights with no worries upon return.
Very well organised, the flat was ready for our arrival, sparkling clean and with the heating on :-) very convenient location just a few minutes away from the old town and 20 min walk from the Grand buffets Really good experience and if in Narbonne again we will surely stay over there. Thank you:-)
Wonderful hotel in a great location a short walk from old town. Incredibly helpful staff, beautiful room - had the best night’s sleep of our vacation so far. Dinner was exceptional and breakfast was very good. Thank you for a lovely stay in Narbonne!
This hotel was directly across the street from the train station, near grocery shop, helpful staff. Ideal for catching early morning trains. The bathroom was large and modern and had a desk with good lighting throughout.
This is the most beautiful building I've ever seen. Room was just perfect in every way. Ended up only staying in Narbonne for one night but the quality of this hotel made me genuinely so sad to have to leave.
As a solo cyclist, it was a wonderful. The house was near many restaurants, stores, and the velo route. I enjoyed my time in Narbonne - I wish I could have stayed longer. Overall, a very relaxing stay.
The room was quite nice, with a door to a garden very comfortable. Also the common places of the hotel are very pretty and nice, good place to have a talk and a drink. Also everything was clean.
The hotel was located very conveniently to the city centre and bars/restaurants. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was a good selection of everything and exceeded our expectations.
I absolutely loved the hotel. Really good location, good breakfast and the staff was super nice. The room was clean and beautiful. Bathroom was perfect. I had a really good experience.
Good location in central Narbonne. Easy communication with host. Small self contained studio - former budget hotel room, converted to apartment. Perfect for a couple of days stayover.
Quiet hotel, very close to narbonne centre, very clean and comfortable facilities, welcoming staff, good breakfast. Found by chance, we really liked it
