Didn’t see much of Olivet as we had broken down, was rescued...
Didn’t see much of Olivet as we had broken down, was rescued but delayed for 7 hours stuck in garage and then transported further afield to effect a repair before our onward journey. So cannot make a fair assessment of Olivet itself.MoUnited Kingdom - 6.0Scored 6.0
It was clean and perfect for overnight stay.
It was clean and perfect for overnight stay. Inconvenient that the restaurant was not open, one of the main reasons for us booking a stay. After travelling for 12 hours, the last thing you want to be doing is trying to find a restaurant for your family who are all tired and hungry.

Although we were not there in the summer, it must be beautiful in the warmer months - sitting outside, watching the river would be magical. The room was large and well laid out. The bathroom was also large and newly updated I think. Lovely shower over the bath. The bed was large and had crisp, white sheets - lovely. Pillows very comfortable. The on-site restaurant was beautifully laid out and set a lovely atmosphere. Food was 'to die for' :). Truly wonderful!MaxineUnited Kingdom

Outside there were overnight roadworks which were really noisy (not the hotels fault obviously) so he kindly moved us to a room on the other side which was quieter although still smelt really bad. The water was hot in the shower. There was a fan. Gate locked at midnight. That’s the only positives. The reception guy was brilliant. Can’t fault him.

As previous reviews have said the restaurant and the view are great. The hotel is comfortable but a little tired and the rooms/bathroom are not big. No air con so the warning about not opening the windows because of bugs whilst helpful made it a very warm nights sleep. Staff were lovely and very helpful. The dinner was very good and the breakfast was adequate.

The bed is very comfortable, clean bathroom, a modern interior and new furniture. This room is for overnight stay only. Despite the small space, I rested very well. Around the hotel, there is a huge parking lot with cameras, so I was not afraid to leave my car. The staff is very kind and welcoming.
