The breakfast wasn't nice, more needs to be done. The room heaters were not working during winter 2023. They hotel charged 10 Euros for breakfast which was supposed to be complimentary.

The place is charming, very modern. Anything you need in a apartment is in there. I like that the apartment has washer and dryer. The place is very accessible to train station like 3mins walk. Hope to come back soon.

Aircon worked well and it was very hot in Paris at the time we stayed. We wanted to book for three nights, but only 2 were available. The receptionist allowed us to take breakfast for my friend on the road with us, he could only eat at certain times of the day on account of his medical condition. We also were allowed to keep a cooler box in our room with some yoghurt, coca cola and medication. Hotel is very close to a good golf course as well.

The place was neat and clean and the staff were friendly. The rooms are a bit small but it is value for money. There is nearby train station (1.2km or so walking distance). There are also restaurants very close by. It is far from Paris centre but the train system is very good and you won't spend more than 3 euros on a train to Paris or any other part of the city. I think it is very good value for money!

Good news that a new metro station is coming soon to this district. It will be easier to reach Paris, 11 line will take you to stop "Chatelet" which is perfect to jump on other lines or to reach Louvre museum in only 7 min by foot. Additionally train station is within a 3-minute walk, reaching the center of Paris was extremely convenient and very fast. Overall, a happy and satisfying booking experience. Highly recommend!
