Friendly, efficient staff that all spoke perfect English, the hotel and room was immaculately presented. Motorcycle friendly, situated in a convenient location for the Le Mans circuit (only a couple of hundred yards from an entrance) with plenty of parking space there is a tram stop outside meaning the city centre was around 20 mins away. We paid for a great continental breakfast and were not disappointed.

In a large park, the characterful Domaine De Chatenay is a former 18th-century private house halfway between Paris and the Atlantic Ocean, at the foot of medieval Le Mans.
