The hotel is located on the high street ,very convenient location. The staff was nice. The room was smaller than we expected but cozy, the washroom was big and nice. There wasn't any wardrobe but hangers were there

Hotel located within Thionville city centre, just opposite the river making it a very nice location for sighseeing and enjoying a morning walk.
There's plenty of public parking around the hotel, that even without hotel specific parking it was easy to find a spot.
The staff spoke multiple languages making it for an easy check in and out
The room was quiet, warm and of a decent size.
We travelled with dog and there was no problem with him staying in the hotel.
Two types of pillows were provided, softer and firmer, to choose for ones comfort.

What an amazing hotel for families with kids. We got the adejcent room (2 connecting rooms), kids could comfortably sleep in one room while we had the other, each of the rooms had a bathroom and shower. So convenient, right in the town centre, parking in front or around the hotel is available and free at night and on Sunday. Super friendly lady at the reception, good value for money. Another benefit is they use the Nuxe products in the bathroom, which is amazing. I loved it though we arrived late and left early. Wifi worked well.

Nothing, I wouldn't even give it a 1 star rating.
I do however highly recommend ACE hotels which is directly across the road! The beds were comfy, the staff were actually there and lovely too!
Save your time and money on this absolute shambles.

The room was well equipped. We stayed one night but it is possible to stay longer and cook for yourself in the evening. The space is well designed and decorated to a high standard. Karine contacted us about our arrival time and was very flexible with us. There are places to eat in the town which are a five minute drive away. Karine spoke a bit of English which helped me (my wife speaks French).

The place was magnificent and the staff were really nice. We even forgot some of our belongings and they were so nice to send it back to us. Definitely we are planning to visit the location on the future.

Lovely French city close to the Luxembourg and German border. The old time is picturesque giving Spanish vibes. There are few farmers markets on the weekends that provide expansive range of local produce. Lots of cafes, bakeries and walks to take. Easy access to the waterfront for a lovely stroll or run. It was more than what we expected.

We were travelling through Europe by car and accidentally chose Thionville because it was perfectly located on our route and we had read several recommendations about the town. It may be that we missed out on things, but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who doesn't really have a reason to go there. The town is very dirty and worn down. There are shady people downtown at night and we couldn't get out of the quickly enough. The picture is from downtown Thionville.

We only stayed one brief night in Thionville, as we were commuting from Luxembourg and made an early start. It was very helpful that the hotel was close to the motorway, although the location was very quiet.

The Inn was really comfortable, clean and quite, we all slept really well at night, the parking very practical and the staff are nice and helpful. The room (studio) has everything we needed. We just wanted a small basic coffee machine (press) as a bonus but that wasn't a real issue :)

Lovely downtown. Great to walk along the Mozelle river.
Lovely downtown. Great to walk along the Mozelle river. Nice variety of restaurants. Beautiful park easily accessible and everything felt very safe. One disappointing thing was the only bike rental location In town was requiring €150 deposit in cash for each bike rental.

Second time we came to this hotel, good location on walking distance to the city center and good value for money. Friendly, helpful staff. Paid parking right in front of the hotel and free parking 100 meters further. Nice view on a small park in the middle of a vibrant city. I had a 3 bed apartment with my two adolescent kids which was big enough. Toilet and shower room were separate which was very convenient.
They have a very nice roof deck. The breakfast options were plentiful. Gluten-free bread was available. So was fresh-squeezed orange juice.
We were traveling by bicycle and the hotel provided a secure, indoor room for us to store our bikes in.
Première Classe Thionville is great value for money. The room was quite bare but large enough, the bathroom was quite good. The location next to the highway is convenient while travelling. There is a parking garage under the hotel
The apartment is spacious, full of light and has everything you need for a short stay. It is located within walking distance to the centre of Thionville and the Moselle. The private parking space is a big plus.
The hotel is not far from the centre of Thionville. The room was clean, the shower worked reasonably well. The staff at the reception desk were not unfriendly, but seemed tired and hurried.
Right in the center of town. Romantic hotel, looks old-fashioned but the inside is modernised and with all comfort you can wish for. Staff very helpful and great breakfast.
